Rainbow Garage Door recently installed a new garage door for me and my wife. Not only does the door work great, the service was exceptional! I called Rainbow garage several days ago and we agreed that Nati would come out in Sunday between 9-11. He texted me at 9:20am to see if I was still available and I said yes. He came about 10:15 and got everything fixed and replaced any part that was needed.  He left around 1:20pm and did an excellent job. Nati was great!  He was able to squeeze me in before another appointment so he was able to come by in just 40 minutes!
He diagnosed the problems, and got my door fixed with a new motor, springs etc in about an hour and a half.

My garage door would not open or close all the way right before I was supposed to go away for a long weekend. I called Rainbow Garage Door and Nati came out within an hour. We had a new smart operator and keypad installed right away because Nati had everything he needed with him. We can now open/close the door using our phone, and it's so much quieter! WOW! Nadi and Ben were awesome! Called Sunday afternoon and they were there in a couple hours and totally rebuilt a 50 year-old door. Works like new. Super fair price and they went above and beyond.

Came out to see my project the day I called. A little phone and email tag to get some new door options to me. I made some elections and asked for pricing and they stopped responding. After multiple attempts I stopped trying.
