Rainbow Garage Door recently installed a new garage door for me and my wife. Not only does the door work great, the service was exceptional! I called Rainbow garage several days ago and we agreed that Nati would come out in Sunday between 9-11. He texted me at 9:20am to see if I was still available and I said yes. He came about 10:15 and got everything fixed and replaced any part that was needed.  He left around 1:20pm and did an excellent job. My garage door would not open or close all the way right before I was supposed to go away for a long weekend. I called Rainbow Garage Door and Nati came out within an hour. We had a new smart operator and keypad installed right away because Nati had everything he needed with him. We can now open/close the door using our phone, and it's so much quieter! Came out to see my project the day I called. A little phone and email tag to get some new door options to me. I made some elections and asked for pricing and they stopped responding. After multiple attempts I stopped trying. ***Updated. In response to the owners comment Nati was out at my home on 9/21/22. I have electronic proof of our texts.
